I travel for work so I’m not home often, but when I am there are always paramedics running everyday. I live in a very small area, it was not like that before 2020.

And now on your day off you didn't hear sirens, and that is because all the people in your community have been killed off (which seems likely with all the paramedic sirens you used to hear) or that they're awake now and just not calling for paramedics or going to the ER/hospital?
