Comms for the Black Hats. I don’t know what they mean by hot dogs and hamburgers, but clearly there is symbolism given the “Hanks” picture. (uncooked hot dogs and hamburgers)

Perhaps “hot dogs” are “cooked”, but “hamburgers” are still available?
