I want someone damned competent above all else.

Love the man, but DJT is getting up there. Just because Joe hasn't croaked these last four years doesn't mean Trump will make it. It's in God's hands with His plan

Beyond that, we need someone primed and ready for 2028. There's likely still plenty of work to be done after this next term. DJT's veep would already be vetted and experienced.
