Why would there be a need for two Oswalds just weeks before the JFK assassination ? Frame Job in progress ?

The multiple Oswalds and all the other disinformation serve to generate confusion and uncertainty so when people question the Government narrative, they can be labelled "Conspiracy Theorists".
