That ''long distance'' shot was very precise and clean, possibly taken at close range not at long range.
At long distance it would have lost precision and speed, that impact would not have been fatal.
Korean war veterans ponted to the grassy knoll stating shots were fired from that location. The FBI Office Pencil weenies listed the Korean war veterans as not creible witnesses. The grasy knoll was very close.
