My guess on the immunity ruling will be that Presidents DO NOT have immunity from prosecution for crimes they potentially committed during their tenure as President. Trump is clean, did nothing wrong, and that's very provable. Now.... If I was Obama, Bush, Clinton, I would be shitting myself. Biden is not real, so that's a whole other thing.
