If Putin wanted to exterminate Ukrainians to bring Russians to Ukraine, he would have done so without scruple.

The lesson that Putin wants to give is: "Either they stop the globalist plan that they want to impose or they will be exposed day by day."

The globalists also do not want to allow either scenario to happen, which is why they want to continue the war no matter what.
