A slew of beaches have closed down after a disturbing discovery was found in the sea water. Other beaches in the area have been issued advisories for the same problem.

The city of Tijuana and outer-lying areas dump human and chemical waste into the ocean… literally. And THE OCEAN brings it to America’s shores a few miles north of the border
