Justices in support of this decision are Roberts, Barret, Sotomayor, Kagan,Kavanaugh and Jackson.

Dissenting are Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch

Good catch fren! I went to clean up my post and deleted her, she actually wrote the decision!

I definitely feel the same way about Barret and Kavanaugh being pretty useless for us or at least appearing to be. I'm confident Trump had and has reasons for them being there, maybe that case just hasn't come yet.
