I think the leaders of those 13 nations plus the self appointed nazi klaus need to be tried for crimes against humanity.

I was just in Peru. I can tell you right now for the past 36 years, every presidents of that country finished their terms and immediately go to jail for corruption but it just continued.

Let's fix ours first.
