I concur, that's a legitimate issue. With this test being used for decades, and trends going back to the mid-1900's - one has to question the target audience. For example, during WWI they found the Appalachian background troops had significantly lower IQ's. This test didn't take into account that education and nutrition were not as available to that population as other regions.
After WWII and the 8th grade graduation mandate, this disparity dropped greatly. America became more prosperous, schools became both more local as well as higher requirements both for teachers, and for students.
The fact remains, we are not all alike; despite what liberals would claim. There are reasons why 3rd world cultures are, have been, and will alway lag the rest of the world.
