Preplanned? Yes, but this was planned in 2018. To 'install' the Un-electable biden with a fixed election and then replace him with some form of a clinton,obama,newsom,rice,? to 'save' the USA from the destruction all Caused by the COUP of 2020=biden. The question is why did they wait?
