What's going on with Garland today, will he get taken into custody or release the tapes?

I'm kind of leaning towards tape release to further the narrative coming from the debate.

The inherent contempt seems to be an either or situation. Well, I guess that's only if the inherent contempt is in place, didn't see if it got voted on or passed.
