They didn't even have to replace him months ago. They could have just said that he wasn't going to run again, and conducted their normal primary/convention process to find their next candidate.
Whoever is really in charge (Obama??) is a fucking idiot for thinking that Biden could face Trump in a debate, no matter how many drugs they pumped into his sorry ass. I'm against elder abuse, but I don't feel one bit sorry for this senile fuck-tard, after what he's done to this children, and allowed/supported the trafficking and abuse of thousands, if not millions, of other children.
