I think that the conversations here have made it clear that Democrats aren't the only ones who get taxpayer assistance.

The unique thing about this particular conversation is that when similar topics are brought up here, and another Anon comments that they have received assistance for something, then the group here is usually compassionate towards them and will try to make them feel better about it. Usually by pointing out that their fellow Anon only used assistance for a short period of time (unlike democrats/liberals) or that they were somehow more deserving of assistance than liberals or democrats are.

This is the first time I've seen a conversation like this where an Anon's stance on government assistance didn't change when they learned a fellow Anon was getting assistance as well.

I'm glad I was able to read most of the conversation before it was yanked by TPTB. It was an excellent example of why having empathy towards our fellow man is important. No matter if they're MAGA or liberals.
