So Ballard wanting to run for Mitt Romney's seat was leaked & immediately the fake claims against him started.
Now that John Curtis obtained (may have been installed) that Republican nomination, we see two days later that the charges against Ballard were deceptive.
The case filed by Jordana Bree Righter on Nov. 20, 2023, against Ballard was dismissed on Thursday, June 27, due to lack of evidence provided and deception.
His legal issues continue. There's a court hearing in a week on one of them.
The lawyer involved is also involved other cases. The judge said the allegations against Ballard were not specific. So this could be the case in the other lawsuits.
The timing on this, however, was partially driven by Ballard/OUR.
They asked the judge if they could be granted like an extra month to file papers earlier this year.
The drops from Q make it clear (from a probability standpoint) that they had access to Intel, quite probably military Intel & potentially access to NSA for a time.
I find it hard to believe that the Q team wouldn't be aware of Ballard potentially being a black mark on preventing human trafficking. Though it certainly is possible that it was missed, I have a hard time believing it. Utah is filled with young ladies who accuse men of sexual crimes, sometime just because the girl had dirty thoughts about the guy.
Until all the facts come out & a jury convicts him, I have a hard time believing any of the accusations. Unfortunately our system is set up for Lawfare to work as a way to drain bank accounts instead of punishing those who bring false claims to court & judges in Utah (from my limited experience) do not want to be the guy to throw a woman in prison for perjury (at least according to my attorneys I have worked with in the past). It may also be procecutors who do not want to put women in prison for lying to the court & draining another's bank account with Lawfare. Though I certainly could be reading too much into this.

What about the other women?
Just found this online. So not all of this has stopped.
Did Reyes ever have a legitimate shot at the nomination?
Tim Ballard and OUR continue to face four other civil lawsuits.
This week, two of the women accusing Ballard of sexual assault filed requests for a protective order.
Celeste Borys and Kira Lynch have also reported their cases to police.
Multiple criminal investigations are ongoing.
A few points.
This is good news for Ballard.

Thank you for this added context & information.
