I'm having a thought here. If voters elected someone who has been revealed to not be in charge, and instead an unelected deep state mob is in charge, and there is someone that actually had votes cast for them...

Isn't the other vote getter technically in charge?

What are the rules in this case?

I don't have any recommendations, I just want to stimulate a discussion.

So far votes didn't matter, because they rigged all the elections and installed whoever they needed to. Hopefully that all will change very soon.
