The SCOTUS only issued a "no standing" ruling based on the fact that the 5th circuit court ruling was overly broad, because it alleged that all big tech censorship was committed because of govt. influence, and did not account for the idea that some censorship may have been done at the sole direction of some of those tech platforms, irrelevant to govt. instruction.
However, the SCOTUS ruling did also acknowledge the fact that some censorship was indeed caused by govt. meddling. The case is not over. The plaintiffs will need to aim their lawsuit better, and refine it, then future censorship case's can, and will move forward.
