You may wish to contact America First Legal and speak to them about this. Time these States and schools face lawsuits for violating our religious rights. zit is about religion and not money. God does not interfere with free will neither do we. So nobody is forced to believe. But they are not allowed to force us against our free will the right to believe. Here is their link.
All Governors should do the same.
Note the overwhelming support of the legislature as well. The people are well represented on this vote.
