This ruling should blow up the Georgia Fanni Willis case too. During the call with Raffensberger and his staff, President Trump Made it a point to say something to the effect, I am the chief law enforcement officer of the country. So he was making it clear the call and his actions were part of his official duties.

Does the ruling apply to both Federal and State charges, or just Federal? I would assume both, otherwise the same situation would apply, they would just go after him in State court.

State level laws must comply with the Constitution and cannot interfere with the Federal Government exercising its Constitutional powers.
