DynCorp was doing the same thing in AFG up until about 2015 when the Dept. of State terminated their aviation contract because of trafficking allegations - both drugs and children, as well as operating aircraft while high on heroin/opium. I saw this first hand.

Thank you for sharing this Brother. I remember in the 80s when a C130 at Pope AFB was found to be loaded with drugs, made the local news breifly and quickly went away. Imagine that.
