The trial was only to decide how much money he owed. In that trial, he was not even allowed to claim innocence of the charges. He was convicted by summary judgement of the charges (without trial) b/c he could not come up with docs they claim he had. It seems to be a setup all the way to get him off the air. He is appealing the summary judgement, but that takes time.
