My question is how do we apply this SCOTUS immunity ruling to diplomats? The US State Dept. is full of crooks with "diplomatic immunity." It seems to me that if the president of the executive branch has an immunity test, then subordinates [with immunity] within the executive branch should have the same rule applied to them.
