What should be done is one has to be a citizen of their respective state with the same restrictions put on citizenship. Being a US Citizen is what got us all into so much trouble in the first place. Federal citizenship never existed until The Organic Act of 1871 and made us all corporate persons stripping us of our constitutional rights.
