He is not referring to the "WE" that you mention. He is pointing at mainly the MSM driven sheeple and all the mis-creants including who hold high positions everywhere. Unfortunately they are very significant number and are loud. Our little awakened frog pond is hardly visible on the grand scale of the country as a whole.
