Obama is disqualified from the Presidency (already served 2 terms, besides being a Kenyan) and 12th Amendment BANS him from being a vice president!!

"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

Those "law" professors are full of crap and are just stupid activists.
