Really not surprised. They always act like they figure out what starts big fires that destroy a bunch of houses and property, but they never really do "figure it out". Instead, people turn it into their insurance, insurance covers it, and we all move on. I can count on one hand the number of fires I have heard that they figure out how they really started...
