Yeah, then there is the biblical story of how God struck Miriam with leprosy because she spoke out against Moses’ wife because she was an Ethiopian woman. God doesn’t care about skin color, never has. God looks at the heart. Guess you’re not a Clarence Thomas fan.
There are two possibilities with that, but Moses knew it was a sin and would not have had intercourse with the woman from another race. First Ethiopians in the days of Moses were not the same people. Even the Egyptians were not the same people. A black who wandered into Egypt in the days that Israel was there, was instantly killed. The second is from the Book of Jasher, chapter 73. He was given a woman of Cush as wife, but he did not even look at her. Now look at the Hebrew word for Ethiopia, H3568, "Probably of foreign origin; Cush (or Ethiopia), the name of a son of Ham, and of his territory; also of an Israelite". You should read Hosea. Actually there are racial references all through the scripture, but we were all taught to ignore them.
Jasher isn’t in my Bible. Again, God looks at the heart, you deciding it’s acceptable to be racist isn’t according to the teachings of Christ.
Correct, but the bible twice tells us to read it. Too bad that it is not complete. You have a world view of what the churches teach. This view is very new, last few hundred years or so. Read the scripture and get into the Greek. If you pray to see the truth you may start seeing something very different. As is you believe what those who hate Christ want you to believe. We were taught to ignore or "spiritualize" many verses. Spiritualizing a verse destroys what God said. It is a convenient way to make the bible say almost anything politically correct today. Not interested in your false teachings and racism.
