My husband saw it on the news. Is it true that PA is trying to pass a bill to ban chemtrails? So is KY and some other states?

Commie Shapiro signed a bill to rebate property tax on low income people.

I would be curious to see the wording if there is indeed legislation being looked at to "ban chemtrails." Seems like it could be a buzzword honeypot, just like climate change. As if state legislators have the means to stop geopolitical happenings. Whatever is being sprayed in the atmosphere, probably has Trillion $ implications, and no hip fancy words are going to stop it.
