Just take a lot of potassium --- like potassium citrate

Nice collection. The majority of the US is salt deficient too....and it is necessary and healthy for you to consume real salt. That's why before the doctor even evaluates any patient in an ER, the patient automatically gets at least 1L of NS normal saline. It resolves the majority of the issues the person came in to the ER for, and it makes all baseline issues and blood chemistry better.
You need more potassium than sodium.
I'm glad there's someone else here that understands how important potasssium is
Whenever I have a recipe with salt, I try to convert the salt requirement to the ratio of 1 part salt to 2 parts 'nusalt' (potassium chloride). This ratio has enough sodium salt that it doesn't taste too strange to my palate. Just nusalt tastes weird / undesirious.
Try potassium citrate
If you are eating typical process food ---- no ----- hell no ---- way tooo much salt..
Nature doesn't provide us with pre-salted food.
If you're going to quote me, use the entire quote.
Also, I mentioned REAL salt. You think processed foods use real salts? Salts that are healthy for you and bioavailable, not filled with micro-plastics? If you do believe that, I've got a box of cheerios for you with real iron filings in it that you might enjoy.
Too much sodium ------ not enough potassium
