I've talked to consultants and lawyers, and have yet to have one of them disagree that the Chevron deference decisions are the most consequential SC decisions in a century in terms of striking at the heart of the Deep/Administrative State. Yet, I have not heard ONE WORD about it from ANY 'media' since the day the decisions were announced including Faux News/Business. It almost seems as if the media thinks that if they don't talk about it, it didn't happen... Anybody have any thoughts on this? Is everyone waiting for 'the other shoe to drop'? Pray tell what that might be....

They don't want you knowing that all the 3 letter agencies have been neutered. ATF, IRS, DEA, etc have basically been declawed.
All it takes is a couple of good lawsuits and the whole thing will collapse.
This. If people understand they’ll start challenging things they normally wouldn’t question. Every finer connected to a federal regulation, etc.
The one that has me the most concerned now is setting up the parallel economy for once corporations start trying to demand “marks” in order to onboard getting access to their goods. Are enough people truly on our side yet?
If this mess “may take 100 years to clean up”, we may have some large battles ahead. Can’t remember if I read that from an anon or Trump core team..
