Exactly, this is what Lyndon B. Johnson created with the welfare system, EBT/food stamps and now Obama phones, free internet, free/discount gas, electricity, Medicaid/medicare. Give a hand up, not a handout. Several generations have abused the welfare system and it has become a way of life, while they drive luxury cars.
