I use it daily, at 1000mg/day I definitely notice a decrease in appetite and some days I hardly feel like even having dinner if my lunch was big enough. It's also got evidence of improving LDL/HDL ratio, improving insulin sensitivity, improving gut microbiome and suppressing colon cancer from forming. The amount of extra fat you lose while taking it with diet and exercise is not huge maybe an extra 3-4% but if it helps you stick to it to form better ongoing habits it could be worth it. Also unlike ozyempic you won't just immediately regain the weight if you go off of it.
I have to agree! I take the same dosage and I noticed shrinkage in my love handle area and my stomach. Granted, the combination of exercise and the effects of not feeling hungry at times helps.
I'm thinking berberine works differently for everyone and I haven't had a negative side effect from it, so......I just hope it works with clearing out the arteries 👍
Some people use it mostly as a fasting aid: the decrease in hunger reduces how much willpower is needed to stick to the schedule. Eventually they adapt as their insulin sensitivity improves and don't need it anymore.
