LOL. Lady’s name is Tiffany Gomas. She claims that her expression, “That MFer’s not real” was a colloquialism for saying the passenger she was arguing with was not being honest or truthful. Apparently she “misplaced” her AirPods and thought the passenger had taken them. The argument boiled over to the point where she no longer felt “safe” and demanded the plane return to the gate and she be allowed to leave, and the Pilot acceded to her demands.

Now here’s the weird twist to the story: when the police showed up to talk to both her and the passenger she got into an argument with, the oversized man she described as reptilian in appearance had shape-shifted into a little blonde six-year old girl. Police deemed the reptilian shape-shifter was not a threat to the plane or to the other passengers and allowed the plane to depart without further delay. One other weird thing: William Shatner had the window seat in the same row she was in.

Tiffany, however, did not leave unscathed: she can no longer fly American Airlines for the rest of her life.

(Okay, okay… maybe the second paragraph is not entirely “real.” I made up the William Shatner part.)
