I pray the shooter is apprehended - lots of people around to bring the perp down. Probably a mind-controlled patsy, but it's pretty clear the PTB are scared enough to pull this off and not make it a heart attack/ stroke kind of thing like they've done to others who get in their way and don't want it too obvious in the past.
