I disagree.. It appears they both had him spotted and the first sniper shits his pants when the shooter acually shoots. Its on video..And split second after one of the snipers (prob one in prone position) took him out Now in their defense we dont know what the rules of engagement were BC we all have them and Gov LE is way dif than civilian..
