That picture is unreal. The odds of catching a bullet mid flight like that with any normal camera framerate have to be pretty low.
More than likely, I would say, is that it is the debris that the bullet tore with/after it as it went though Donald John Trump's ear.

Riveting picture, perhaps the bullet that took the life of a fellow American however.
