Give thanks to the PC from DC that made this all possible. I saw this starting decades ago and give thanks I retired from the SD back then. back then we had a few Judges and Magistrates just as ate up. We usually waited a day later to get the WFA's rather then deal with the no clue fool Magistrate that did not even know the State laws and the elements of each crime.
