Ok, assuming and hopefully he is still with us. Where would he fit best into the plan.? What cabinet position could be planned for him?

If he is with us, he'd be way better off staying hidden and working behind the scenes. Especially after what happened to Trump in PA. Why would JFK Jr. put himself through that again? He'd be right to worry about his and his family's safety and stay in witness protection or in covert living as he is assumed to be now (if alive).
