There is a PTZ camera on the back side of AGR on the left building. It looks like it covers the parking lot and would have a direct view of the water tower. A photo of it's look angle would be interesting. Also, better photos of the water tower would be great. And if you're really adventurous, climb the tower and see if you have a direct LOS to the podium location. From what I can tell, it looks like it would have high ground LOS. And thanks for doing this. I did the same at Comet Ping Pong years back.
