That looks like a 6/10 roof at most - shallow pitch. Every damned roof except for 100% flat roofs have a pitch. Our house has an 8/10 pitch. My 66 yo husband climbs the roof throughout the year and cleans both the roof and the gutters. He walks on the damn thing yet trained agents were too pussified to get on a roof in order to do their jobs?
