I like your take on it.

I've always liked that Project Looking Glass video, because it so... hopeful? It also fits the desperation we see from the left, though that could easily be explained by the fact that the left--the globalists--are always desperate to hold onto the power they get and to get more power.

That said, I tend to forget the "the game is already over" message in the video (and the hope that comes with it) when I see the bad guys "winning". But maybe that's just them prolonging the game. I just have this feeling that everything is teetering on the edge, ready to fall one way or the other, and there's too much uncertainty in that for comfort.
