Wondering if this "second shooter" theory might explain why the kid on the roof had a bullet through the back or side of his head (not really clear on that). Was this supposed "second shooter" on the water tower meant to snipe the kid to death once the kid popped off some shots, whether he was successful or not? (Cover all trails, basically).
