i always use Nitter to read X-posts, and Nitter has a standard button on the bottom-right of each video which provides an option to download the video as MP4.
To read a post on Nitter, just change the part "x.com" into "nitter.poast.org"

i just screen record it with my phone
really only good for short ones tho
Search for it on one of the other video platforms then grab it with TubeMate.
