It's almost as if the shooter was waiting for that moment in the speech, because it would have made a good headline. If the shooter was watching his target, why did he fire AFTER the head turn, it's almost like he was locked on target for some time, waiting for the words to be said more than what was happening in front of him.
So the question is, if this is true and not a coincidence, how did he know the words ahead of time?

I've heard reports that the shooter was off on his shot because people had spotted him and he was rushed, so he actually fired off before he was supposed to.
When was he supposed to shoot?
