This is completely weird! I got only one plausible explanation: Trump mentioned the wrong country! Maybe he ment Venezuela? Because El Salvador is a shining example for ALL Latin America how to deal with criminals, Bukele puts them in Jail! All those tatooed MS13 Gang members are in a newly built Mega-prison in the Desert. Bukele said to Human Rights Watch as they acused him of denying the Prisioners basic human rights, He said " They lost their human rights in the moment the criminals denied the human rights off their victims!" BRAVO!
