It's warfare...

There isn't enough work for the existing population and hasn't been for many, many years. Then they dump these shitskins in the middle of the country where there's DEFINITELY no work AND nothing productive to do - which means, they'll be up to no good...Something about idleness and the devil's playground comes to mind here...
