All good and well but are they still going to Mexico? If not it means more if they are it means nothing
J.D. is not moving to Mexico. They are moving production of two pieces of equipment to one of their established factories in Mexico. (I believe the reason was low sales of those particular machines in the U.S.) J.D. has factories all over the world, most of what they produce in other countries is sold in the country where it is produced. There used to be a smaller utility tractor that was imported from a Japan factory that I believe is now made in Greenville.SC but most of all the equipment you see on US farms is made in factories in Iowa, Illinois & Wisconsin. Iām glad to see Deere changed their stance on the DEI and woke culture. I was surprised as they are a very conservative company and happy to see they listened to their farming community customers.
