Harris was not ever eligible to run for VP or President. The Constitution lays out the qualifications for vice president, and they're the same as those required for the president. Biden wants to finish “his” term. The GOP is drafting the 25th Amendment docs for Harris to invoke against Biden. For you scholars out there, can she legally do so? Are we a Republic now or still under the yoke of the 1871 criminal cabal corporation? I am betting there won’t be a November election.
