Nope. The Constitution lays out the qualifications for vice president, and they're the same as those required for the president. Are we a Republic? 1871 Corporation is defunct. And a bigger question can Harris LEGALLY invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden? The GOP has been so kind as to draw up the docs for her. Meanwhile, Biden wants to finish “his” term.
